BDA/CMP provided design/build services to renovate this auto repair shop into a 4,400 sf 5 exam Veterinary Hospital. Located in an urban neighborhood in Oakland California, the hospital features a 4-table treatment room, 2-table surgery, glass enclosed ICU, imaging facilities, 10 runs and grooming suite, as well as full support areas for staff lounge, offices and storage/utility needs.
